New Schedule effective for service on or after July 1, 2023

Central Arkansas Water (CAW) strives to keep its valued ratepayers informed about important service changes or adjustments.

Effective July 1, 2023, CAW implemented its Availability Charge schedule for water services billed on or after the effective date.

The CAW Board of Commissioners in January 2023 adopted Resolution 2023-01 outlining expected residential and commercial Availability Charges through the year 2027.

The new schedule reflects the cost to provide service to customers and the utility's efforts to provide an essential service at an affordable rate. CAW does not earn a profit or rate of return in its operations. The price you pay for water service remains among the lowest for cities in Arkansas and in the United States.

In addition to providing some of the lowest service rates in the nation, CAW would like to share reminders about options that provide ways to save on your monthly service.
