What you can do.
Property Owners, Lake-area Users, and Recreationists

To inform property owners and lake-area users about how they can help to protect and preserve Lake Maumelle from pollution, particularly nonpoint source pollution that comes everyday activities, the Arkansas Soil and Water Conservation Commission and Pulaski Conservation District are sponsoring the "Don't Runoff" public education program. The program includes a three-part mailing to property owners within the lake's watershed. The funding source is a 319 Mini-Grant under the Clean Water Act and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
