 Our mission is "Providing our customers the best water at a fair price."  We are a metropolitan water system serving a population of approximately 398,000.  We have 121,500 residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and master-metered customers in Pulaski and Saline counties.  The Board of Commissioners and employees of CAW are dedicated to excellent water quality, exemplary regulatory compliance, high system integrity, and exceptional customer service.
