Human Resources is responsible
for coordinating the recruitment and hiring of Central Arkansas
Water (CAW) employees. The Human Resources Section also administers
such things as employee benefit programs, compensation programs,
employee policies, performance evaluation, unemployment, leave
programs, and the drug and alcohol free workplace program.
The team members and employees
of Human Resources are dedicated to providing quality, professional
services for the public, customers, and employees of CAW. We are committed to meeting and exceeding
