Human Resources is responsible for coordinating the recruitment and hiring of Central Arkansas Water employees. The Human Resources Section also administers such things as employee benefit programs, compensation programs, employee policies, performance evaluation, unemployment, leave programs, and the drug and alcohol free workplace program.
