Residential customers within the North
Little Rock and Sherwood districts are billed based on their Average
Winter Consumption (AWC). The actual water consumption for the months
of October, November, December, January, February, and March is
averaged and rounded up to the next whole number. In the case of
residential customers which an AWC could not be established, the
sewer charge is computed on the actual water consumption. The AWC
is recalculated every year. All non-residential customers within
the North Little Rock and Sherwood districts are billed based on
their actual water consumption.
