AUTOMATIC DRAFT PAYMENT PROGRAM

This program allows you to automatically pay your monthly bill through a checking or savings account. This service is free to you and is the easiest, most dependable, and most convenient way to pay your monthly utility services bill. For more information, click here.

 

E-CHECK AND CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

Utility Billing Services accepts electronic checks (E-checks) and credit- and debit-card payments 24 hours a day through CheckFree Pay by Telephone. Call 1-866-611-7879 to pay your bill by E-check or credit or debit card. CheckFree charges a $3.95 convenience fee for each payment by telephone.

 

QUICK PAY LOCATIONS

A network of 24 businesses in and around the Little Rock/North Little Rock metropolitan area has authorization to accept non-deliquent payments for UBS. The convenient locations place the bill payment process closer to your home or business. The businesses typically charge a convenience fee for each transaction and will accept payments only for current bills. Click here for locations in Little Rock, North Little Rock or Sherwood. Payments made at these locations will be credited to your account on the next business day. You must bring your bill to ensure proper credit to your account.

ONLINE BILL PAYMENT

Utility Billing Services provides the on-line bill payment (E-payment) option through CheckFree. This option is for customers who prefer the convenience of paying their monthly bill in a safe and secure Internet environment — without the need to leave the home or office. If you make a payment before 7:00 p.m., it will post to your account the next business day. Payments after 7 p.m. will post in two business days. To begin the on-line bill payment process, click here. Please, have your Utility Billing Services Account Number available. CheckFree charges a $3.95 convenience fee for each Internet payment.
