Due to the continuing concerns with COVID-19 and its spread throughout our area, Central Arkansas Water has decided to close its customer service lobby to the public. The lobby is located at James T. Harvey Administration Building, 221 East Capitol Ave in Little Rock.
The drive-thru at the facility will remain open during regular business hours, which are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays. Customers will not be allowed to walk up to the drive-thru window. The drive-thru is reserved for customers in their vehicles. For walk-up customers, our drop-box located on the side of the building is available for payments by check to be dropped off.
CAW encourages customers to use our FREE online payment options or mail their payment during this time. Information on payment options is below.
CAW understands that the lobby is utilized by many of our customers each day to pay bills or turn on water service. Considering the current situation with COVID-19 and its transmission through communal contact, CAW leadership believes this is the best decision for the health and safety of our customers and our staff. It is our hope that pausing in-person visits with customers will limit the spread of germs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

CAW and its Pandemic Response Team will continue to monitor this situation and determine when to reopen the lobby based on the advice of community health leaders.
FREE Payment Options Available:
• Customers may sign up for free automatic bank drafts at carkw.com/customer-service/bill-pay/
• Customers may mail payments to: Utility Billing Services, P.O. Box 8100, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203.
• Customers may drop their payment (CHECKS ONLY) in the night deposit box on the west side of the building in the alley between CAW and Christ Episcopal Church.
Online Payment Option:
• Online Bill Payment through your Utility Billing Services account. The third-party vendor that processes these payments charges a $2.95 convenience fee. More information is available at the above link.
