Help to Others Customer Assistance Fund

Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Central Arkansas Water (CAW), with the support of local businesses, sponsors the Help to Others Customer Assistance Fund. The fund extends assistance to customers in need of help with paying their utility bills to CAW and the Utility Billing Services (UBS) partners. The funding source for the program is advertising fees that local businesses and merchants pay to place coupon advertising in the UBS billing statement every other month.

The program restricts assistance to residential customers. River City Ministry accepts assistance applications for customers north of the Arkansas River and Watershed Human and Community Development Agency accepts applications for customers south of the Arkansas River.
