Thomas W. Rimmer, Sc.D. , Commissioner for Central Arkansas Water Board of Commissioners, retired in 2011 as an Associate Professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). He is also a certified industrial hygienist and has worked as a consultant in the fields of acoustics and industrial hygiene for more than 25 years. He has worked for governmental agencies, industries, architecture/engineering firms, attorneys, and other clients. Dr. Rimmer is a Little Rock representative on the CAW Board.
